Google can now close Gmail accounts without the user’s consent. Google has implemented a new policy since June 1. Accordingly, Google will no longer require any approval to delete a user’s Gmail account and to delete the contents of the account.
This policy applies to anyone who uses Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Photos. However, this condition will only apply if the user has not used the Google Account for two years. This policy will apply if you do not make full use of the storage provided by Google.

If your Gmail account hasn’t been used for a long time, Google used to provide a timeline by notifying you via email. Now Google is going to delete it directly.
In the case of the storage capacity provided by Google, the company will delete the files if the storage is full for two years. In this case, Google will inform the user via email.
