The purpose of associating an iPhone with a Mac is to make purchases or to download files on either device and make them available on both simultaneously. Sometimes, however, this association becomes outdated or outlives its usefulness. You would then have to disconnect iPhone from Mac, and here we discuss the various ways how.
Whenever you log in to a device with your Apple ID, all devices associated with that ID become connected. This makes access to Apple services across devices easier. Method 1: Using Mac

- On your Mac, open the Apple Music app.

- If you are not already signed in, you will be prompted to do so using your Apple ID and password.

Method 2: Using Mac

- There will be an Eject button beside the name of your iPhone. It looks like an upward arrow button. Click on it.

- Tap on your Apple ID. If it so prompts, log in with your credentials.
