According to the report, the technology company will introduce a built-in bill splitting feature, which will make it extremely easy to share bills among different people. Now users can easily solve this seemingly complex task with the help of the Facebook Messenger app. Using this feature, users can use Facebook Messenger to share restaurant bills, grocery bills, or related expenses with friends or family members. You can also find out in detail who is responsible for paying the expenses and who has paid the share.
Now the question is, how can this special feature be used? Let me tell you, this new feature is called ‘Split Payments’ and it is very easy to use. To share the bill, click on the ‘Get Started’ button in the Payments Hub in a group chat or on Facebook Messenger. You will now have the option to share the bill, where you can either share it (the full amount of the bill) equally among all or add individual amounts for different people using the modify option. If you want to exclude someone from paying the bill after adding again, that work can also be done.
After entering a personalized message as well as confirming your Facebook Pay details, your request will be sent to the group chat thread and everyone will see it. This feature is currently available in the US and will be rolled out to users in other countries soon.
