Gary Illyes of Google tweeted that the caffeine indexing system works in many ways. This includes things like Ingests fetch logs, renders, and converts fetched data. If any of these goes wrong, Google’s search speed decreases. Also, the wrong web page appears in the search. If the index building goes wrong, it affects everything.
