Gurugram launches WhatsApp Covid helpline, how to use
Gurugram district administration has launched a dedicated Covid-19 helpline on WhatsApp on Thursday. This new helpline will help in giving the necessary information to the people and help in acquiring Covid related resources.
This new helpline is available in two languages - Hindi and English and it is free. From here people will get information about nearby RT-PCR test centers, online doctor consultation, availability of beds, and resources like care centers. Also, through this, users will also be able to register themselves as Covid positive patients on a portal.

There are two ways to use the new helpline number. After saving the number +91 9643277788, users can message it by writing Hi to start. Apart from this, users can also visit https://wa.me/919643277788 URL to start chatting directly from the helpline account.
A statement from the district administration said that this service is for the people of Gurugram. With this help, Covid Patient and his family can contact us for help. We will try our best to get the best care at home. Also, we thank the partners like WhatsApp for coming forward and supporting us in preparing this platform.
This helpline has been developed with the support of groups of some volunteers, private sector organizations, and several departments of Gurugram district administration. This service has been prepared on the WhatsApp Business API and provides instant information to the needy.
