Honor V40 5G was launched in the Chinese market yesterday. Shortly after the launch, the phone’s flash cell started. And the huge response to this cell was the Honor V40 5G with MediaTek Dimension 1000 Plus processor. The company claims that all units of their HonorV40 5G phone were sold out within 3 minutes and 48 seconds of the sale. However, the company did not say how many units of phones were stored for the cell.
Honor posted the news on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo. The company also thanked all its fans for their support. The phone was available for sale yesterday from multiple e-commerce platforms including Honor Mall, JD.com, Tmall. The Honor V40 5G was the company’s first phone after severing ties with Huawei. As a result, the question in the minds of many was whether the honor will be as popular as before. However, in this case, it would not be wrong to say that the company got the letter marks and passed.

Price of Honor V40 5G
The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of the Honor V40 5G phone is priced at 3,599 Yuan (about Rs 40,612). It will cost 3,999 yuan (about Rs 45,126) to buy the model with 6 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. The phone is available in three colors – Magic Night Black, Titanium Silver, and Rose Gold.

Specification of Honor V40 5G
The dual SIM Honor V40 5G phone has a 4,350 mAh battery. It will also support 8-watt flash charging and 50-watt fast wireless charging technology. It has a 6.55 inch OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The display’s pile-shaped cutout includes a 16-megapixel primary selfie camera and a ToF (Time of Flight) lens. The phone comes with a Dimension 1000 Plus processor.
For security, the phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor. On the back, there is a 50-megapixel primary camera + 8-megapixel ultraviolet-angle camera + 2 megapixel macro sensor. The phone runs on an Android 11 based Magic UI 4.0 interface.
