There was speculation that the Oppo Reno 6 series would hit the market this month. The company also announced today that the series will be launched in China on May 26. It is expected that there will be three phones in this series – Reno 6, Reno 6 Pro, and Reno 6 Pro +. Each of these phones will have 5G connectivity, dual-cell battery, fast charging support up to 75 watts, Android 11 based ColorOS 11 custom OS. The phones in this series have already been certified in various countries, which means that the phones will soon set foot in the global market after China.

This morning, Oppo confirmed the launch date of the Renault 6 series by uploading a short video from their Weibo account. The series will be launched through an event held from 3:30 pm Indian time.
What is known about the Oppo Reno 6 series
According to the Tipsters claim or certification site, each of the Oppo Renault 6 series phones will have a 6.43 inch OLED display. However, some reports say that the Pro and Plus models of this series have a 6.55-inch display. The Renault 7 will come with a MediaTek Dimension 900 processor and a 2,100 mAh dual-cell battery. Renault 7 Pro may have MediaTek Dimension 1200 processor. Qualcomm Snapdragon 60 processor may be used in Renault 6 Pro Plus phone.
The Oppo Reno 6 Pro and Reno 6 Pro + phones can have 4500 mAh battery for power backup. Each phone in this series will support 85 watts of fast charging. The phones are also available with 8GB / 12GB RAM and 128GB / 256GB storage. The Oppo Renault 7 Pro Plus phone will have a 50-megapixel primary rear camera with a Sony IMX766 lens.
