Microsoft launched the Windows 11 operating system a few days ago. The Windows developer has already confirmed that all Windows 10-powered computers will be able to upgrade to the new OS for free. However, it must have the necessary hardware configuration.

For now, Windows 10 computers or laptops that have 64-bit x86 ARM processors with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage will be able to upgrade to the Windows 11 operating system for free. But if you don’t know which processor you are using and how much GB of RAM your device has, Microsoft is here to help you. They have come up with Windows PC Health Check software to check which devices will support Windows 11.

How to check if your computer or laptop supports Windows 11

1. To find out if your computer or laptop will support Windows 11, first visit the Windows 11 website.

2. Then go to the ‘Check For Compatibility’ section at the bottom of the webpage

3. Now click on the ‘Download App’ button. Now Windows PC Health Check software will be downloaded.

4. Once the software is downloaded, install it.

5. When the installation is complete, check the ‘Open Windows PC Health acheck’ option and click on ‘Finish’.

6. Now click on the ‘Check Now’ button under the banner of Windows 11 and find out if your computer or laptop will support Windows 11 operating system.
