Another Windows 10 update by Microsoft seems to have failed, and this time it appears that some of the recently released updates have broken some essential apps.
Embarrassingly, both the apps in question are made by Microsoft. As of the latest Windows reports, people have been complaining that after installing the Windows 10 May 2020 update (also known as Windows 10 version 2004), they cannot access synced files for OneDrive – even if They can be viewed in Windows 10.
OneDrive is Microsoft’s cloud backup tool that allows you to save files over the Internet and access them from any Windows 10 device as if they were stored locally. By storing your important files in OneDrive, the idea is that they are backup and secure – so any errors that prevent you from accessing those files are very serious.
