Using the Android Google Device Manager
For this it is necessary that the internet is running on the phone, Google account is logged in and GPS is also open. Also, this method may not work for your phone.
Open google account
From another phone or computer, go to google.com/android/devicemanager. Sign in to your Google Account. After this select the phone from the list that you want to unlock.

On the next screen select the ‘Lock Your Phone option. Now type the new password to replace the old PIN pattern or password.
Set new lock
Now click on the Lock button given below. Now enter the new password to unlock the phone. If you want, you can apply a new screen lock again.
Using ‘Ok Google’ voice match
If you have set up your Google Assistant properly, you must have noticed the ‘Unlock with voice’ option. This feature works on the basis of your pre-recorded voice. If this feature is on, you can simply say ‘Ok Google’ to unlock your smartphone.

Open ‘https://findmymobile.samsung.com/‘ and login user ID and Password. Select the ‘Unlock’ option and confirm your account password to unlock your smartphone.
