Earlier this year, Honor launched the Honor V40 5G smartphone in its domestic market with a triple camera setup and 5G support. However, rumors were circulating that the Huawei sub-brand would one day bring a special edition of this phone. With that buzz, the screen was removed from the Light Luxury Edition of this smartphone at a launch event of the company today. Specification of Honor V40 Light Luxury Edition
The Honor V40 Lite Luxury Edition has a 6.56-inch curved OLED display with full HD + resolution (1080×2340 pixels). Which supports a 90 Hz refresh rate and 10-bit color. Customizable Always On Display support is present on the phone as well. Again, there is a 3,600 mAh battery for power backup. Which will support 8-watt fast charging.
For photography, the Honor V40 Lite Luxury Edition will have a rear quad camera. Its primary camera is 64 megapixels, while the other three cameras are 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, 2-megapixel macro sensor, 2-megapixel depth sensor. The punch hole cut out of the display includes a 32 megapixel selfie camera.
The Honor V40 Light Luxury Edition uses a MediaTek Dimension 600U processor. The phone will run on Android 10 based Magic UI 4.0. In addition, the phone comes with 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage options.

The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of the Honor V40 Lite Luxury Edition is priced at 2,999 Yuan (Rs. 33,393) and the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is priced at 3,299 Yuan (Rs. 36,833). The phone will be available in a bunch of options including Black, Silver, Blue, Green. It is not yet known when the phone will be released in the global market.
