When you complete the Apple Fitness + workout, Apple provides a summary showing exercise time, active calories, total calories, and your average heart rate, but you may want to look at these measurements in more detail at a later date.

Fortunately, everything is saved in the fitness app. Here’s how to access them:
- Open the Fitness app on the iPhone (this is a previously running app).
- Tap “Show more” under “Workouts”.
3. Tap the exercise you want to see in more detail.
Workout Summary Displays information about any video you have completed when it is finished, total calories burned, active calories burned, average heart rate, and heart rate recovery.
