Liquor John Processor says Apple has changed the need for consumers to return their Apple Watch Series 6 if the solo loop or knitted solo loop is not the right size.
Apple’s real need for users to return their entire Apple Watch Series 6 to get the right size band is something that some will have to deal with a few weeks before retrieving their watch. Apple decided to keep the watch and returned the solo loop or knitted solo loop to replace it.
Liquor John Proger says Apple is offering an alternative sport band to help consumers fasten their belts as quickly as possible. “They will give you the right size instead of a solo loop and give you a traditional band.”
Apple has not yet publicly commented on the policy change. However, the original information was not listed on Apple’s support pages but instead came from a support discussion aired by a user on Twitter.
Update to this:
You can now return your Solo Loop bands without having to return the whole Watch.
Just call Apple — if it’s your first Apple Watch order, they’ll send a replacement Sport band (traditional style) in surf blue or cactus colors. pic.twitter.com/JtJmxnMXZp

“My choices have to do with the wrong size band or give back the whole (watch and band), and then re-order one size, it won’t be until the end of November,” Eli Hodapp tweeted on Apple’s ScreenGrab. Comments to him. “I hope you can understand that the Apple product experience is a complete nightmare as you approach to support.”
