WhatsApp Account Ban: WhatsApp Banned 19 Million Indian Accounts, Why?

These accounts have been banned for violating the Platform Guidelines. The report includes data from 1 May 2022 to 31 May 2022.

Because WhatsApp said

A spokesman for WhatsApp said: “As per the IT Rules 2021, we have released the latest report for May 2022. This user safety includes details of user complaints and actions taken against them.

In addition to this, WhatsApp itself has taken many steps to stop the misuse of the platform. Last month, in May, the app banned more than 1.9 million WhatsApp accounts.

This is not the first time that WhatsApp has banned accounts. The app publishes a user safety report each month, detailing steps taken to prevent misuse of the platform.

WhatsApp has already made it clear that users who do not follow the company’s policies and guidelines are banned from their platform. The app prohibits the accounts of users who forward false information, fake news or verified messages.

The app takes many more steps to prevent such things. The messaging platform also identifies messages forwarded more than once. Now you will find multiple bar forward labels with this type of message in the app.

You will soon be able to remove the BAN

In addition to this, WhatsApp is also trying to stop such things through tools and resources. According to a recent report, users will soon get a new feature on WhatsApp.

This allows him to request the removal of the ban or ban from his account. If users’ accounts are accidentally banned, their accounts will be recovered.
