You are asked to download an app from the link provided in this message. After the user downloads the app, the app steals the user’s personal data, password, backing details, and contacts.
This WhatsApp app is a completely fake app, being used by fraudsters. It has come to light that cyber thieves are stealing users’ money by using this app.

The UK National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) has issued security guidelines to identify this fake app to prevent such fraud. People have been told to be vigilant to avoid this fraud. Network providers like Vodafone have also warned against such scams.
