First of all, check the app name and developer on the store. When you search for an app and many apps come up in the search result, you can see the spelling mistake in the name or description. Please also check the download number, rating, and review of the app.

Apart from this, you can see the publish date of the app. A real app shows the update on a date in most cases. You can also check the screenshot of the app. If you find different words or images, you can doubt the originality of the app.

One of the most important things, definitely checks what kind of permissions the app demands from you. If he demands too much permission then it is better to remove such an app.
